Usually I don't worry too much about the "what nots" just because I am never hungry or wish I could eat something else.
Things I try to avoid...
Anything white (except cauliflower) That may include, white pasta, white potatoes, white bread, white sugar, cream soups, margarine, butter, high fat dairy
Processed foods: I read the labels. watch out for the processed meats ICK!
Fat: anything that says it's over 3 grams of fat! Start reading labels, it's unreal the amount of fat in things.
Limit red meats- although some lean meats are totally acceptable.
